Once we receive your prescription order:

We’ll check to make sure we have all the information we need to process your order. We’ll contact you or your doctor if we need more information.

For new prescriptions:

  • If you ordered it yourself, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s processed. Just make sure we have your payment information on file to avoid delays.

  • If your doctor sent us an e-prescribe, we’ll need your approval to ship it. If you’ve used our home delivery service in the last 12 months, we’ll ship your order as soon as it’s processed.

For refills:

  • If you ordered it yourself, we’ll ship it as soon as it’s processed. Just make sure we have your payment information on file to avoid delays.

Your home delivery prescription order usually arrives within 7 to 10 days after we process your order.

Keep in mind: Some prescriptions require you to sign for the delivery. Call us to ask if your drug requires a signature at the time of delivery.

Some reasons why your order may be delayed:

  • We don’t have your payment information on file.

  • You haven’t told us we can ship the order to you.

  • Severe weather slows down the mail delivery.

  • Your medication has special rules, such as prior authorization. We’ll have to contact your doctor to get it.

  • Your doctor sent a new prescription. We may need your approval before we ship it to you.

If your order is ever delayed, call us at the number on your member ID card to find out what you can do, including any options to get an emergency supply.
